Fastemi Delivery and Shipping Policies
We deliver most items Monday to Saturday. Once your shipment is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS notification with the details.
You may also receive a call from our courier or logistics partner to confirm the tentative delivery date and time. However, since we do not have direct control over courier operations, we cannot guarantee that they will act in a specific manner or always call before delivery.
Our delivery personnel will deliver items to your building premises or wherever it is physically possible. For higher floors, delivery is limited to the ground or first floor. For larger items requiring transport to higher floors, please arrange your own labor to assist. Our logistics partners' responsibility is limited to delivery on the ground or first floor.
For protection during transit and to withstand unpredictable handling, we secure items with cardboard packing. Customers are advised to make a video while unboxing the item and report any defects or damages immediately to the delivery person and Fastemi customer care. Please note, delivery personnel are neither required nor authorized to open packages. They are only tasked with delivering goods, and they are not directly employed by Zebrs India OPC Private Limited. We request your cooperation in respecting their duties.
In the event of a failed delivery due to refusal or unavailability, any subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional charges by Zebrs or the logistics partner. Please ensure accurate address and phone details when placing your order. If you will be unavailable, please inform us in advance to help us plan the delivery around your schedule.
We reserve the right not to deliver to addresses deemed insecure, such as communal addresses or PO Boxes. If this affects an order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Occasionally, some items may be delivered outside the estimated time windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver most items Monday through Saturday. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS notification. In some cases, our courier or logistics partner may also contact you via call to confirm the delivery date and time. Since our partners operate independently, we cannot guarantee that they will always call before delivery or follow a specific protocol.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of successful placement. Once dispatched, the product will be delivered within 4–7 business days.
Holding Cost or Delayed Delivery Charges
If your order is ready for dispatch but held in our warehouse at your request, a Holding Cost may apply. We offer a one-week grace period for holding; after this period, a Holding Cost of 2% of your total order value per month will apply.
We will notify you by email with a detailed breakdown of any charges incurred and bill you pro-rata for partial months. An 18% GST will apply to the Holding Cost. This policy applies to full or partial orders held on your request.
The Holding Cost must be paid before we dispatch your order from our warehouse.
