At Fastemi.com, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your product, we offer the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) when initiating a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Perishable goods, such as flowers.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, including personal care items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts not due to our error.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all components, and send it to the address provided by our support team. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the package.
  5. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. After the inspection:

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition or returned after the 7-day window).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a refund or allow you to choose a similar product.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be returned and either replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Be sure to include photographs of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
