2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

- Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all components, and send it to the address provided by our support team. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the package.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. After the inspection:
- Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
